01 Real person inspection
There are over 2000 real person quality inspectors nationwide, all of whom have been trained and qualified before taking up their positions. They work continuously for 7×24 hours and inspect goods 365 days a day.
02 One object, one inspection
After each item is sent to the nearest testing center, it will be inspected by the official quality inspector of the site to ensure that the traded goods are WYSIWYG.
CheChe has invested significant resources to establish a multi category quality inspection center with an area of over 5700 square meters
Develop standardized operating procedures, including receiving and sorting, standard product research, authenticity identification, cleaning and preparation, quality inspection, retesting, photography, review, and warehousing.
In the quality inspection process, the appearance, function, accessories, and packaging details of different categories will be tested.
The product problems discovered after quality inspection will be disclosed in the quality inspection report, but some problems may be sporadic and we cannot achieve 100% detection. Therefore, for the vast majority of official inspection products, they can enjoy a 7-day no reason return and platform warranty service.
